Returns and Refund Policy

This section explains your rights and our rules for returns, exchanges and refunds for REVIA products ordered online.

1. Right of withdrawal (distance selling)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to exceptions under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused gum packs in their original sealed packaging, unless the product is faulty.

2. Returns process

  • Contact us at revia.customer@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and reason for return.

  • You must send the products back to the address provided, within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or we made an error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, where possible.

  • We may make a deduction if the products have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Faulty or non-conforming products

If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK consumer law.
